Self sustainable Institutions
I have heard that alumni at some educational institutions do anonymous donations.
What if wealthy people setup schools and setup any ever earning asset like FD or bonds or even properties in the name of that school. Such that, they can sustain themselves and provide quality education without high fees. The alumni donations will even enhance the position.
